4. Green beans
6. Groundnut oil on
PROCESS OF PREPARATION
Step 1: I make sure all ingredients needed for making it are readily available accordingly and set to use. This includes the noodles which o love in smaller pieces, so I make sure to break them first. Then I shred the peppers and green beans, slice the carrots round – just the way I prefer them. Lastly, is boiling the eggs for about 8 minutes and taking off the shells when its ready, so that as soon as my noodles is ready food is ready. However, they say boiling eggs should be 5 minutes but I normally add extra 3 minutes. My groundnut oil, seasoning, salt, curry and water are all set. Note,: I prefer my noodles without onions.
Step 2: I turn on the heat and set my pot on it put the water immediately, when it steams, then I’ll add the grinded peppers, oil and allow to steamed again.
Step 3: After a few minutes, I now add mote water iif necessary nto it and then the seasoning spices and a pinch of saltalt.
Step 4: When it boils. IIt’s now time for me to add my noodles inside the steaming pot and add some more oil into it again and mixed it perfectly to taste.
Step 5: After 2 minutes before it gets done, I’ll add the green beans and carrots and allow it for 30 seconds. Then it’s really to be served.
Step 6: When serving, I always like to see the carrots at the top and the eggs looking at me. You can as well serve with chilled drinks of your choice. I go for yoghurt.
I am not a professional chef but I love to cook especially noodles.
