When both parties are satisfied with the contract, sign it and perform in the manner that both agreed upon.

The Middle Ages saw the expansion of the king’s territory. A hierarchical system was then created that divided the people into various classes based on their social position. In the feudal system, people were expected to use the ruler’s land and assets to produce goods for themselves and those of higher classes.
